Project Description:
With finance provided by KfW of Germany, the IGIP (Germany), TEMPO and ARCADIS (Germany) team was responsible for conducting a Feasibility Study to determine the most economical and technically feasible method of solid waste removal for the southern Muğla area.
A comprehensive feasibility study covering socio-economic as well as topographic and geological factors was conducted. Based on the findings of the study, a Master Plan will be prepared for the implementation of a sanitary landfill area.

of Bilecik, Feasibility Study for Resources Development in the Karasu
Basin, Turkey

Project Description:
A Feasibility Study was carried out in order to determine the optimum water use potential of the Karasu River Basin. The study included the following:
- Estimating the potable water demand for the city of Bilecik and the towns of Söğüt, Osmaneli, Çaltı, Pazaryeri and Bayırköy.
- Estimating the water demand for irrigation purposes.
- Estimating the water demand for power generation.
Upon completion of the feasibility study, water supply systems and a main water transmission line were designed.
