Project Description:
TEMPO designed the natural gas main line and distribution network for the Bahçeşehir Housing Development Area in İstanbul. The project was to serve a 470-ha housing development of 16,000 people. The gas line was designed to bring natural gas from İstanbul West RMS Type A at 19 bar pressure, transmitting to Type B RMS constructed in Bahçeşehir, where the pressure was reduced to 4 bar.
The main gas line was composed of 16" and 8" steel pipes over a length of 6 km at 19 bar pressure; with the entire network including polyethylene and steel pipes. In addition, TEMPO was responsible for the testing of the internal installations of the buildings.

Project Description:
TEMPO provided a both design and supervision for a 10" steel natural gas transmission line (70 bar) connecting a main (36" natural gas line coming from Russia) to a co-generation plant located in Esenyurt, İstanbul, including A and B type RMS Buildings.
The project design necessitated the crossing of the Trans-European Motorway (TEM), achieved by means of horizontal drilling.
