
TEMPO is an independent and internationally recognized Consulting Engineering firm based in Ankara, Turkey. The firm was established in 1981 following the merger of two independent firms that had been providing consulting services to the Civil Engineering industry since 1972.
The firm provides technical services in the fields of wastewater and water treatment, marine disposal, wastewater and stormwater, water supply, flood control, irrigation, drainage, natural gas, highways and roads, surveying, environmental and regional planning and construction management.
Since its formation, the firm has successfully completed more than 400 domestic and international projects, consisting of preliminary site investigations, feasibility studies, preliminary and final design, procurement and contract services and construction supervision.

TEMPO provides technical services for projects supported by international clients such as the World Bank, the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), KfW of Germany and the Asian Development Bank, among other financial institutions.
TEMPO is a well-recognized member of the Turkish Association of Architects and Consulting Engineers (TMMOB) as well as the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
