Year : 2006-2006 Location : Erez, Palestine Client : Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Partnership : -

The area covers 67 ha, of which 47 ha belong to the present area, and 20 ha belong to the expansion area. Each kind of infrastructure in the area has fallen into disuse and is redesigned. Moreover, the parcel planning in the area will be done and fabrics that will make productions in several industrial branches will be established according to this planning.

The project zone covered an area of appr. 509  ha and was constituted of two planning phases.  Project components are:

• Potable water network: totally 23,794 m,(water reservoir 10,000m3 & 2 pumping stations

• Natural gas network: totally 29,782 m network (4 bar distribution network and 19 bar transmission network, 10 A and B type RMS)
