HALUK ÖZDALGA (CO-FOUNDER)

Mr. Haluk Özdalga obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1972 and a Master of Science Degree in 1974 in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

In 1981, he became a founding partner of TEMPO and began managing water supply, sewerage, wastewater treatment, highway and natural gas projects.

Over the last 25 years, Mr. Özdalga has been involved in the management of some of the most significant infrastructure investments made in Turkey.

RAŞİT ÜNÜVAR (CO-FOUNDER)

Mr. Ra?it Ünüvar obtained a Civil Engineering degree (BSCE) in 1974 from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

In 1981, he became a founding partner of TEMPO and continued his career managing a number of large-scale water supply, sewerage, wastewater collection and treatment, highway and drainage projects in Turkey.

Mr. Ünüvar is currently serving as the President of the Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects (TMMMB), a member of FIDIC - International Federation of Consulting Engineers.
